Design a Movie Poster
Project Description: You will be applying your knowledge of color theory to design and create a movie poster in which you are the star.
Project Requirements:
- First, go to the following website and read the information about the meaning of color. After reading this article, you should be able to explain what colors mean in terms of graphic design.

- Choose which color you think best represents you.
- Next, find your top 3 favorite movies online and look at the posters for those movies.
- Open a new word document, answer the following questions for each of the three posters you looked at online. Print the document to turn in by the end of the period:
- What is the name of the movie?
- What factual information is included on the poster?
- What colors are used?
- What does the overall design tell you about the movie?
- Brainstorm ideas for a movie in which you are the lead actor. Come up with a title for your movie.
- Design a movie poster in photoshop. Your poster must include the following:
- a picture of you (can be just your face if you choose)
- the color you chose that best represents you (you can use other colors as well, but you must include that color somewhere in your poster)
- the title of your movie, the names of actors in your movie (keep it clean), and any other factual information that you find relevant
- the overall design must somehow demonstrate what your movie is about
